HexCorp.io L.L.C. was formed in 2025 to be the company behind products we were already building: tools we wanted for our own work in marketing technology, and apps for the things we care about outside of it.

Whether the problem is ours or a client's, the work starts the same way: we sit with the people who have it until we understand what it costs them and why nothing has fixed it yet. Only then do we build. What comes out is software that removes one specific pain, and we stay on it after launch so it keeps doing that.

  1. Pick the problem

    Some problems are ours; some arrive from a client. Either way it has to be specific: who has it, how often, and what it costs them in time or money. If we cannot answer that, we do not start.

  2. Learn why it is a problem

    Before any code, we work the problem the way the people who have it do. We watch the workflow, ask what has already been tried, and find the cause underneath the symptom. Most bad software fixes the symptom.

  3. Build the solution

    The first version solves that one problem well. Then we run it, answer support ourselves, measure whether the cost went away, and keep shipping. Every version is in the release log.
