The problem
WooCommerce order data does not turn into a usable customer view on its own. You cannot see how often someone buys, what they abandoned, which emails they clicked, or whether support already handled an issue.
What we built
Buyerline adds one customer timeline inside wp-admin, under WooCommerce → Customers Timeline: orders, refunds, meaningful status changes, abandoned and recovered carts, email link clicks and your own support notes, newest first and grouped by day, with a Repeat Buyers list beside it.
It is not a CRM. No email sending, no campaigns, no automations, no tags or pipelines. Everything stays in your own database: Buyerline makes no external requests and sends no telemetry.
The free plugin is complete. Buyerline Pro adds churn-risk scoring, a VIP segment, CSV export, unlimited history, a weekly digest and integrations with the email and support tools you already run.

A timeline per customer
Orders, refunds, meaningful status changes (completed, cancelled, failed, refunded), customer-facing order notes, abandoned and recovered carts, email link clicks and your support notes, newest first and grouped by day.

Repeat Buyers and other lists
Repeat Buyers plus All, Recent Abandoned Carts and Open Support tabs, with search by name, email or order number and segment, date and minimum-spend filters.

Abandoned-cart capture
On the classic and the block checkout, once a shopper enters a valid email the cart is saved from the WooCommerce session and marked abandoned after a configurable idle time (60 minutes by default). Placing an order marks it recovered.

Email-click capture from any provider
Append utm_medium=email&bl_e= to your links; snippets for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, FluentCRM, MailPoet and Omnisend are in the settings. The identifier is stripped from the URL on arrival.

Support notes
Notes with open and resolved status, counted on the customer and shown on the order screen.

The customer's stats and last five events on every order, plus a link from the user profile.

Historical import
The last 12 months of orders imported in the background, pausable and resumable.

Light on the storefront
Zero database queries on frontend pages other than the checkout capture and email landing hits. HPOS and Cart/Checkout Blocks compatible; orders are read only through the WooCommerce CRUD API.

Private by design
Never stores payment data, addresses beyond the country, IP addresses or user agents. Works with the WordPress export and erasure tools, with an optional retention period and a delete-on-uninstall toggle.

Safe background work
Everything heavy runs through Action Scheduler. A capture failure can never affect checkout.

Is Buyerline a CRM?
No. There is no email sending, no campaigns, no automations, no tags or pipelines. It is one customer timeline inside wp-admin, built from data WooCommerce already has.
Does it slow down my storefront?
No. It runs zero database queries on frontend pages other than the checkout capture and email landing hits, and all heavy work runs through Action Scheduler. A capture failure can never affect checkout.
Does it work with HPOS and the block checkout?
Yes. Orders are read only through the WooCommerce CRUD API, and abandoned-cart capture works on both the classic and the block checkout.
Which email tools does email-click capture support?
Any provider: append utm_medium=email&bl_e= to your links. Snippets for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, FluentCRM, MailPoet and Omnisend are in the settings. Pro adds native FluentCRM, MailPoet, Mailchimp for WooCommerce and Klaviyo webhook integrations.
What about customer privacy?
