The problem
Sellers running a live show on Whatnot, TikTok Shop or eBay Live juggle inventory, the queue and the stream on one phone.
What we built
An iPad command center: scan items in, build the show, go live, sell, and keep the queue moving.
Capabilities
Everything Showdeck does today.
-
Scan items in
Continuous barcode scanning matches an existing SKU or opens a quick-add sheet with name, cost, quantity and category. Print QR labels for items without barcodes.
-
Build the show
Pick the platform, see the fee snapshot, drag items, wheels and breaks into the lineup and set start prices.
-
Show Mode
Dark, huge tap targets, screen kept awake. NOW and NEXT in the lineup; SOLD with a price keypad, Pass or Giveaway on the current item.
-
Live profit ticker
Gross, fees, net, margin and dollars per hour, updated on every sale, after platform fees, cost of goods, shipping, supplies and giveaways.
-
Wheels and breaks
A spin log with prize-pool counts and an EV warning; a slot grid for breaks with buyer and price per slot.
-
Fee rules that stay correct
Versioned fee profiles for Whatnot, TikTok Shop and eBay Live, snapshotted when a show starts so past profit never shifts.
-
Recap
One number, a waterfall from gross to net, top items, unsold items returned to inventory, export as CSV, PDF or a share image.
-
iPad, iPhone and Mac
One app with iCloud sync. On the Mac, scanning falls back to manual entry.

Live TagEasy
Conversion tracking that tells you when it breaks.
Conversion tracking breaks silently. A GA4 or Meta tag stops firing after a theme update or a consent change, and nobody notices until the ad budget has already been spent on bad data.
Beta TagEasy Inspector
See which tags fire on any page, as you browse.
Checking whether a pixel fired means opening devtools and reading network requests by hand.
Live Adflow
Every ad channel in one workspace.
Running ads across Google, Meta and TikTok means three dashboards, three sets of rules, and changes made by hand late at night.
