Profile, conditions, allergies, doctor, pharmacy, insurance notes and emergency contacts. Invite siblings by link through iCloud, with a role each.

A timeline of visits, medication doses, vitals, symptoms and incidents, appointment notes and photos. Log a visit or a dose in two taps.

A shared dose checklist for today, dose reminders, missed-dose alerts to the circle, and refill reminders.

Who is taking Mom, where, and the running list of questions for the doctor, with export to the Calendar.

Handoffs
End your shift and CareLog drafts the handoff from the log. It stays pinned until the next caregiver acknowledges it.

One tap produces a summary for a date range: profile, current meds and adherence, vitals trends, symptoms, med changes and the questions list.
